Jelena Škorić is an associate at Gecić Law in Belgrade.
Prior to joining the firm, Jelena completed an internship at the Novi Sad Higher Court, where she was engaged in the work of the department for criminal proceedings. Thereafter, Jelena was an Associate at the Rectorate of the University of Novi Sad, in the Office for Legal Affairs. Jelena earned her LL.B. and LL.M. from the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Law (2014, 2016). She earned her second LL.M. in European Law from the Univerisity Paris II Panthéon-Assas (2018). During the course of her studies, she took internships at Novi Sad Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office and at Novi Sad Higher Court. Jelena was awarded a scholarship “Dositeja” from the Ministry of Youth and Sport of the Republic of Serbia (Foundation for Young Talents) and the scholarship of the French Government. She is fluent in English, Bosnian, Croatian, Montenegrin and Serbian.
